Each talisman comes with its own small pouch made from natural Uranian fiber: high quality, durable, simple. GOTS certified for organic and recycled textiles.

You have 30 days after receipt to request an exchange.

Our talismans are handcrafted with high-quality materials. Each piece is unique and designed with care to combine aesthetics and durability.

The "Lifetime Reversible Talisman" program is a commercial guarantee that allows you, after a single payment, to receive a new Reversible Talisman every 18 months, for any reason: natural wear, discomfort, stretching, loss, forgetfulness, or accidental destruction.

To keep it simple and flexible:

• Replacements are never automatic: you request a new talisman only when you need one.
• Only one replacement is possible every 18 months, and rights do not accumulate over time.
• Standard shipping is free, while express shipping via Chronopost remains at your expense.
• The program is strictly personal and may be suspended in case of abuse (e.g., resale, collective use, too frequent requests).
• This program does not cancel your rights to the 2-year legal warranty of conformity, which continues to apply independently.

This system enables durable, secure, and simple use of the Reversible Talisman, guaranteeing you long-term access without additional costs.

Shipping is done within 48 hours by standard letter with La Poste.

Our creations are handcrafted and we are a small team, but orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Your talismans are shipped by standard letter via La Poste, in a white bubble envelope. You will receive them directly and discreetly in your mailbox.

We place great value on you receiving your talisman quickly. We want you to receive your orders as soon as possible, and send out previous day's orders daily by standard letter.

Within 10 days if everything goes well!

Our creations are handcrafted and shipments are made Monday through Friday by standard letter.

The delivery time is generally 10 business days for metropolitan France.

If 10 days after your order nothing has arrived, contact us by email at contact.coucouroucoucou@gmail.com or via the contact form indicating that you haven't received anything and providing a second address where you are sure to receive mail.

We will reship your order quickly with tracking this time.

Shipments are made by standard letter, so there is no tracking number. If you have any doubt about receiving your order or a problem with La Poste, contact our customer service directly by email at contact.coucouroucoucou@gmail.com or via the contact form simply providing your first and last name.

If your Talisman has vanished into the depths of the postal universe, you have the option to request a quick replacement via our express delivery service with signature upon receipt.

You can get a refund up to 30 days after your purchase if your talisman does not suit you.

To get a refund:

1. Return what does not suit you by tracked letter to the address:

2. Send us an email or contact us via the contact form to inform us of your refund request with your tracking number.

The refund will be made to the bank card used for payment and will appear on your account within 5 to 10 days.

Return shipping costs are at your expense; the refund includes the product price and initial shipping costs.
