After confirming the content of their order, the customer will validate it definitively by payment. The order will only be final upon receipt of the order confirmation by the Customer. COUCOUROUCOUCOU will systematically confirm each customer's order by email.

The shipping costs for the customer's order will be indicated before final validation.
3.5 Security and fraud

Article 4 – Conformity
4.1 Non-conformity
In case of non-conformity of the product delivered to the customer (error in the quantity or nature of the product ordered only), the customer may return it to COUCOUROUCOUCOU.

The customer may ask COUCOUROUCOUCOU:

In case of non-conformity of a product, the return costs of the ordered and delivered product, as well as any delivery of another product will be borne by COUCOUROUCOUCOU.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
5.1 Scope
The customer has the right to withdraw without giving reasons within 14 calendar days from the day following the date of receipt of their order, in accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
Under Article L221-28 5° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products sold by COUCOUROUCOUCOU if they have been unsealed and removed from their packaging by the Customer.
5.2 Procedures
Before any return of a product, the customer must notify their intention to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of their order by sending an email to coucou@coucouroucoucou.com.
Upon receipt of the customer's withdrawal request, COUCOUROUCOUCOU will send by email the details of the procedure to follow and the documents necessary for processing their request.
5.3 Return costs and refund
5.3.1 Return costs
Product return costs are the customer's responsibility.
The transport of returned products is the customer's responsibility. The transfer of ownership of returned products occurs when COUCOUROUCOUCOU physically takes possession of the Product.
If the returned product arrives damaged, COUCOUROUCOUCOU reserves the right not to refund the Customer.
5.3.2 Refund
The return of all ordered products will give rise to a refund equal to the total amount paid by the customer, i.e. the purchase price of the product(s) purchased and shipping costs.
Refunds are directly credited to the payment card/account used to make the purchase. Refunds occur within 14 days following COUCOUROUCOUCOU's knowledge of the Customer's wish to withdraw.

7.3 Delivery time
Orders will be shipped no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the sale, namely on the date of receipt of the order confirmation by the Customer.
7.4 Delivery hours
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. The customer will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address provided when ordering.
